We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary to ensure the safety of our team and clients. Please note that if one or more provisions in our agreement are found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will not be affected. Any necessary revisions to the provisions will be made only to the extent required to make them enforceable. We are committed to providing high-quality real estate media services while maintaining a safe and secure working environment.

Please note that Seven Roads Media is not responsible for moving, altering, or changing objects within the property. Our team may make minor adjustments at their discretion, but we do not offer furniture moving, home staging, or cleaning services. The property will be photographed or filmed "as-is." Additionally, we are not responsible for securing doors, windows, or other access points, turning off lights, or fireplaces before our departure.   • Do I need to be present during the shoot?
    While it's not strictly necessary for you to be present during the shoot, we strongly recommend it. Your presence allows you to provide immediate feedback and ensures that we capture the property from the angles and perspectives that best align with your vision. It also provides an opportunity for you to point out specific features of the property you'd like us to emphasize. However, if you're unable to be present, we're more than capable of conducting the shoot based on your prior instructions and our professional judgement.
  • Is a deposit required to secure a booking?
    We generally don't require a deposit to secure a booking. However, if an agent requests a rain date, we do require a $100 deposit. An invoice will be sent to you to secure the requested rain date. If the shoot proceeds on the originally scheduled date, the $100 deposit will be credited to the agent's account, effectively serving as a pre-payment towards the service. If for any reason the shoot does not take place on the originally scheduled date, the agent forfeits the $100 deposit. This policy is in place because our schedule is often very busy. When we reserve a slot, we potentially turn away other bookings. The deposit ensures that we can manage our schedule effectively, maximizing availability for all our clients.
  • Are there any fees associated with reshoots?
    If a reshoot is required due to reasons such as the property not being ready, changes to the decor, or additional photos/videos beyond the scope of the original work, a fee of $99 may be applied at the discretion of Seven Roads Media. Proper property preparation and clear communication about the desired scope of work can help avoid the need for reshoots and additional fees. Our goal is to provide high-quality real estate media services that meet your needs the first time around.
  • How do I book an appointment?
    Booking a new real estate media shoot is easy and convenient for real estate agents. To get started, simply follow these steps: Visit our website and look for the "Book Now" buttons that are strategically placed throughout the site. These buttons can be found on our homepage, service pages, and contact page. Click on the "Book Now" button, which will direct you to our secure online booking form. Fill out the required information in the booking form. This includes your contact information, property details, preferred date and time for the shoot, and any additional services or special requests that you may have. Once you have filled out the form, review your entries to ensure all the information is accurate. If everything is in order, click on the "Submit" button to send your booking request. After submitting the form, our team will review your request and get in touch with you within 24 hours to confirm the booking details and availability. If you need to postpone or cancel an appointment, please review the following guidelines based on our terms of service: Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled through our online booking system, and our team will make every effort to schedule appointments at the most favorable time of day, taking into consideration weather conditions. However, it is the client's responsibility to ensure favorable conditions at the scheduled time. Seven Roads Real Estate Media reserves the right to modify or reschedule appointments as necessary to best serve our client network. In such cases, proper notice will be given through phone, text, or email. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any fees. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 25% of the total invoice. No-Show Policy: Appointments that are missed without prior notification, or "no-shows," will be subject to a fee equal to 25% of the total invoice. A "no-show" is defined as 30 minutes past the scheduled appointment time. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us as soon as possible through phone, text, or email. By providing sufficient notice, we can work together to find a suitable date and time for your real estate media shoot.

However, a standard shoot generally ranges from 30 minutes to two hours. In some cases, particularly for larger properties or more detailed shoots, it may extend beyond two hours. The more prepared and staged the home is, the more efficiently we can complete the shoot. We strongly suggest that the agent arrives 10-15 minutes before our photographer. This provides time to do a final walkthrough, ensure the house is photo-ready, and discuss any specific shots or angles you want to capture. This preparation can significantly streamline the process and help ensure you're fully satisfied with the final results.
  • Do you offer weekend appontments?
    We offer limited weekend appointments on Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 2pm. Please be advised that there is a weekend convenience fee of $50.
  • How far in advance do I need to schedule a photo/video shoot?
    While we always recommend scheduling photo/video shoots as far in advance as possible to ensure availability, we understand that sometimes circumstances require a quicker turnaround. Depending on our schedule and availability, we can often accommodate shoots with just a few hours notice.     At Seven Roads Media, we strive to minimize travel expenses for our clients. We do not charge for mileage unless the round trip distance exceeds 15 miles. If that occurs, a fee of $0.65 per mile will be added for one way, in addition to the total cost of the appointment. Travel costs are calculated based on the location of our photographers, whether that be their residence or our office in Springfield, Massachusetts. We schedule our team efficiently to keep travel expenses as low as possible. Regarding parking fees, we always seek the most cost-effective option. If any parking fees are incurred during the appointment, the client will be billed directly for the associated charges. Our goal is to provide high-quality real estate media services while keeping costs reasonable for our valued clients.
  • What are the payment terms?
    For our services, full payment is required upon delivery of the media at the time of download. To access and download the media in the property gallery, payment must be made first. Brokerage partners may be eligible for scheduled invoices. Please note that overdue payments may be subject to a $25 per week late fee at our discretion. If a payment is overdue for more than one month, an additional $100 per month or a 10% per month late fee may be applied, also at our discretion.
  • How can I apply my account balance or credits when making a payment?
    You have the flexibility to apply your account balance or credits during the payment process. Here's how it works: When you click on the "Pay Now" button for their order, you will see two options if you have any credits or account balance available. The first option is to apply the available credits or account balance towards the total cost of the order. The second option is to pay the full amount directly through the payment processor without using the credits or account balance. If you do not have any credits or account balance, the system will automatically direct you to pay through the payment processor. This feature ensures that you have the flexibility to choose how you want to pay for the services, either by applying your available credits or paying directly through the payment processor.

    Yes, we can definitely accommodate specific retouching requests, including sky replacement or grass repair. These services are included as part of our 42 and 60 photo packages, as well as our Pro and Plus bundles. For our lower-tier packages, these specific retouching services are not included by default. However, agents can choose to add these services for an additional fee of $29. This ensures that every client has the ability to customize their package to best meet their needs and expectations for their property's media.

    Short form vertical videos are mobile-optimized videos with a vertical aspect ratio, typically 9:16, and a shorter duration, often under 60 seconds.     At Seven Roads Real Estate Media, we offer floor plans and square footage estimates as a helpful overview of a property's layout. However, please note that these plans are approximate and not intended as a precise measuring tool. While we use third-party tools to create our floor plans, we do not guarantee their accuracy. Our floor plans are artistic sketches and should be used for illustrative purposes. In the case of Zillow 3D Tours, they are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Zillow. For our Floor Plans, they have an accuracy range of 93-97%. Our goal is to provide a valuable visual representation of the property layout while emphasizing that the plans should be used for illustrative purposes only.
  • What are the asset rights and licensing terms for the services provided by Seven Roads Media?
    At Seven Roads Real Estate Media, all services produced by us, as well as any related rights, including copyrights and ownership rights, remain our sole and exclusive property. We grant clients a limited license to publicly display and distribute the photographs and videos solely for promotional advertising purposes directly related to the sale of the property. The photographs and videos are provided as a single-use license and may not be duplicated, edited, altered, or manipulated in any way without our consent. Additionally, the photographs and videos may not be sold to any third party without the express consent of Seven Roads Real Estate Media. We are committed to delivering high-quality media while ensuring the proper use and protection of our intellectual property.
  • Can I get a video longer than 3 minutes?
    Our Plus Package includes a 2-3 minute edit. Videos longer than 3 minutes will be invoiced at $100/minute. This additional charge is due to the time, effort, and resources required for the editing process. This includes the time spent cutting, adjusting, color grading, sound editing, and adding special effects or transitions.
  • Can I edit the 2D Floor Plan?
    We understand the value of an accurate floor plan, and are able to make quick adjustments such as: Change labels Rotate labels Move labels Resize text Toggle on/off dimensions Add a free text label Adjustments beyond the above listed edits are subject to the policies of third-party vendors, however, we will do our best to accommodate changes.

We understand the importance of quick turnaround times and aim to provide high-quality images promptly to meet your needs. With next morning delivery, you can expect to receive your professionally edited photos by the following morning after your appointment, allowing you to showcase your property as soon as possible. Please note that additional fees may apply for this expedited service. Our standard turnaround time starts once the appointment is complete. For video services, you can expect a turnaround time of approximately 48 to 72 hours. In the case of 2D Floor Plans, 3D Tours, and enhanced editing, the turnaround time is generally under 48 hours. Our goal is to provide top-notch media services while ensuring timely delivery to cater to your needs.
  • What is Seven Roads Media's policy on video revisions and music choices?
    At Seven Roads Media, the final versions of videos submitted are considered final, and revisions will not be accepted unless an error has been made on our part. Music choices are also final. If you, as the client, have requested that we choose the music, please note that we will not be held responsible if you are not satisfied with the selection. In the event that changes need to be made after the final video has been sent, a charge of $75 per hour will apply. Our goal is to deliver high-quality, professionally edited videos that meet your needs and preferences, and we encourage clear communication throughout the process to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
  • Can I receive both high-resolution and web-optimized versions of the media?
    Absolutely, we understand that our clients have varied needs for their photos. As such, we provide both high-resolution/print-quality photos and lower-resolution photos optimized for MLS and web use. After your payment is processed, you will receive a link where you can download your media. You can choose to download the high-resolution images, the web-optimized images, or both, depending on your needs. This way, you have the flexibility to use your images across a wide range of platforms and mediums.
  • What is the policy on photography and filming composition and additional requests?
    We reserve the right to exercise creative liberty in the composition and selection of shots, including the number of photos per room, unless the client provides specific instructions in advance. If you require additional photos or changes in angle, please note that an additional fee for a second visit to the property may apply. We strive to capture the best possible images of your property while accommodating any special requests or preferences you may have.
  • How long does Seven Roads store media files?
    Seven Roads Media typically retains media files for a period of 6 months. After this time, the files may be permanently deleted from our servers. We recommend that clients download and save their media files to a secure location as soon as they receive them to ensure they have access to the files for future use.     To download your media, simply visit the download page in your account, where all your media files are available. You should have also received a completion email with the necessary details.
